My experience at Drive A Dream was excellent. I wasn’t sure what to expect as I had not dealt with this dealer before, but they definitely exceeded my expectations. In particular, Reese Mohebi was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the cars at Drive A Dream. He was there with me from start to finish and I was extremely satisfied when I received my Tesla. I appreciate all of the details that they helped me work through to get my car quickly and with all the accessories in perfect condition. I would definitely recommend this dealership and when the time comes, I look forward to doing business with them again! More
I reached out to the dealership regarding a Telsa Model 3 Performance. James Sierra was quick to reach out regarding my interest. The entire process was smooth and simple. James provided me pictures, video of the auto prior to making the deal. Tony in finance was also few helpful. The entire purchase was done remotely, and sight unseen. The entire purchase was done in a matter of hours the same day. Once the loan was funded, transport was arranged and a week later my Telsa showed up, charged and ready to go. The auto arrived just as the pictures and video reflected. I contacted James once the Telsa arrived and he transferred ownership via the Tesla app immediately. Temp tag was inside the auto and ready to go. Title work was sent to my preferred tag agency within a week of delivery. I cant say enough great things about James and Tony at Drive a Dream. If you unsure about buying a car remotely or sight unseen, this is the place to do business with. James and Tony will take GREAT care of you from start to finish. More
⭐️ One Star — We Paid in Full, But Were Treated Like an Afterthought We purchased a 2024 Toyota Grand Highlander from this dealership as out-of-state buyers and paid in full on April 18. We were told th Afterthought We purchased a 2024 Toyota Grand Highlander from this dealership as out-of-state buyers and paid in full on April 18. We were told the vehicle would be delivered within 14 days. It didn’t arrive until May 15 — 13 days late — and what should have been an exciting purchase turned into a stressful, frustrating ordeal. From April 14 onward, we communicated only with a general manager — not a salesperson. He was the one who told us they had to order a part for the sunroof after we pointed out a noise on April 12. The dealership initially said they lubricated it and thought it was fine — but days later they discovered it still wasn’t working. That delay alone cost us two weeks. The fact that this car was even listed for sale when it had a known mechanical issue is unacceptable. Had we not noticed the sound ourselves, or had we bought it in person, we strongly suspect nothing would have been done to address the defect. As the delays stretched on, we had to chase down every single update ourselves. Even the general manager repeatedly failed to follow up when promised. Delivery was then further delayed by a full week of no-shows and cancellations from drivers the dealership hired via a third-party load board. The dealership never showed urgency to get our fully paid-for vehicle to us. When we asked for $100/day in compensation for the delay, the general manager said the most he could offer was $300 unless he got further approval. We were told a request had been submitted — but as of this review, we have received no compensation and not even a formal apology. When the car finally arrived on May 15, we were again disappointed: • Nearly empty gas tank • No windshield wiper fluid • Minimal detailing • Washer fluid tube was broken • Most fluids were low We were responsible for addressing these issues ourselves. Clearly, there was no quality check before sending the vehicle, and no effort made to ensure it arrived in the condition expected for such a significant purchase. We have since received the title and registered the vehicle, but that was one of the very few things that went smoothly. What future customers should know: • Don’t expect proactive communication — you’ll have to chase down every update. • Even a general manager may treat you like an afterthought. • Cars may be listed before they’re ready to be sold. • Paying in full guarantees nothing. • You may receive a car in poor condition — and be left to fix the issues yourself. The only positive part of this experience was the delivery driver, who was kind and professional. Everything else made us feel like our business didn’t matter — and we wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. More
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP I purchased a Porsche Cayenne from this dealership with James and fully regret it! The car was shipped from GA to CA, upon arrival the truck driver had purchased a Porsche Cayenne from this dealership with James and fully regret it! The car was shipped from GA to CA, upon arrival the truck driver had to jump the car TWICE as the battery was dead. I was so stressed driving this car and had to jump it later several times until I was able to take it to Porsche. I was also promised I would receive a level 1 and level 2 chargers for the car. Well guess what, it wasn't in the car. I was then told they would ship the charger. I receive the package and instead of a Porsche charger I get a TESLA charger instead that doesn't even fit the port for my car. I also noticed the car came without any floor mats. The manager Kenny emailed me giving me an option for myself to go directly to Porsche to buy the promised parts under the premise that he would send me a check on the mail after receiving the invoice. I purchased the parts, sent him the invoice and was met with a short and resistant response asking me if I had already bought the parts and that he "suddenly" had the distribution department "find" the charger. I responded saying I did purchased it after I got confirmation via email by him to do so. Well, I've contacted him twice and have now been ghosted. At this point I will be contacting an attorney to take legal action as I have plenty of evidence, emails, texts and video of the car being jumped by the driver who delivered the car. Read all the horrible reviews this place has on Yelp and stay away if you don't want to deal with this nightmare. More

Stay FAR Away – Shady & Unprofessional Business Practices If I could give this dealership zero stars, I would. I negotiated a deal on a Porsche Taycan and initially declined the non-refundable d Practices If I could give this dealership zero stars, I would. I negotiated a deal on a Porsche Taycan and initially declined the non-refundable deposit, meaning the car was still on the market. On 2/1, I got approved for an auto loan and finalized the purchase with a SIGNED contract of sale—including my name, the agreed-upon price, and the car’s details—making it officially sold to me. After that, their incompetence became glaring. I requested the necessary title application for my bank, and their clueless title clerk repeatedly sent the wrong forms, delaying my loan processing. Despite their mistakes, I remained patient and kept pushing forward. On 2/6, after finally getting my bank’s approval and confirming that they were overnighting the check, I texted the dealership to let them know I was ready to pay my full down payment. Their response? “Brother, car is sold.” What?! The car was already sold to me on 2/1! This dealership blatantly disregards contracts, prioritizing financial gain over integrity. They wasted so much of my time, impacted my credit score, and I even paid out of pocket for a pre-inspection, which they claimed they’d refund—but, of course, I haven’t seen a single cent. This place operates with zero professionalism and shady business practices. Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere. More

I live in Florida and the dealership is located in Georgia, so everything were pretty much processed electronically. Special thank you to Juan Pinto, He was extremely helpful and responsive in providing videos walk-around of the vehicle and updates on the vehicle and processing status. I opted to fly into Atlanta, GA took an Uber to the dealership and pick up the vehicle. Juan was there to greet me, help me get setup and acquainted with the new car and features, which was much appreciated. This was my second time buying a vehicle without seeing it in person; the first time was over 20 years ago on Ebay... a Dodge Grand Caravan. Oh, how times have changed! I was looking on AutoTrader, Craig it in person; the first time was over 20 years ago on Ebay... a Dodge Grand Caravan. Oh, how times have changed! I was looking on AutoTrader, Craigslist, etc. for a Tesla Model Y. Tesla keeps it pretty simple, and I knew what I wanted. Drive a Dream had a 2023 Red Model Y Long Range AWD with 17k miles, a black interior and an in-service date of 15 months prior. This meant that I had darn near the entire factory warranty! Well, it looked too good to be true, so I started sending emails with questions. My sales associate Reese always responded quickly, which was nice. I believe the vehicle was newish to their inventory, so limited pics were posted. I asked for more pics, later that day I rec'd a large photo dump via email and the website was updated. Of course, things can look good in pics, so Reese followed up my additional questions with several detailed videos, zooming in to what can be "problem areas" on cars: corners, door edges, interior details, etc. They sent over a written proposal and we worked out the deal. My local credit union (35 year member) didn't finance "out of State" cars, so I asked Reese if I could go through them. I submitted an app, and within an hour I was approved by two banks, one of whom I already do business with online (Ally Bank). Drive a Dream offers free shipping; since they're in GA, and I'm in metro Phoenix, AZ, I thought this might be a challenge. Absolutely not; they told me on Christmas Thursday that the car was shipped, and the following Sunday the driver called me at 9am asking if I was ready for my Tesla. Super stoked throughout the entire process, I can't say enough good things about Reese and Khalid in Finance. Both Did What They Said They Would Do, and that means everything to me! I believe that this Model Y will be the perfect car for me and my family for many years, but if my ship does come in, I'll be checking out the various luxury and high end offerings that they carry. I just can't stop looking at Porsche Taycans! Drive a Dream is legit, and fantastic to deal with. Harold More
This was my 3rd deal with these guys and as before I had very pleasant transaction. Because you have open access to a fun website to review any vehicle in full including the spec and pricing, you can positi very pleasant transaction. Because you have open access to a fun website to review any vehicle in full including the spec and pricing, you can position yourself to seal a favorable deal very quickly. I strongly advise conducting thorough research on the vehicle of your choice and seek comparisons elsewhere. Ashley Smith was outstanding. Very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. He answered all of my questions - a great ambassador for this dealership. My price expectation for my trade was also met, so I was able to complete my purchase from start to finish in a couple of hours. I finished up with Basim Galla who managed the finance and paperwork seamlessly and quickly to complete the deal. (Bas sold me my first BMW!) Overall, comparing this experience vs other dealerships it was much better. The difference was Ashley and Basim who worked hard before, during and after my visit. I'm looking forward to remaining a repeat Customer. More
