I got a Kelly Blue Book quote (11K+) for a car I was looking to sell through Duke Automotive. When I took this very clean and dealer (in another state) maintained car in for them to review it before the looking to sell through Duke Automotive. When I took this very clean and dealer (in another state) maintained car in for them to review it before the final transaction, I got yanked around multiple times. After the initial meeting where they declined to purchase, the general manager asked what my lowest price would be and he'd pass it on to the owner to see if he'd be interested in purchasing it for that amount. I followed up a couple of weeks later, and was told "yes" that he'd like to purchase it for a figure a bit lower than I'd mentioned to the general manager. But whenever I'd look to confirm a time to bring the car in and finalize, he'd take several days to follow up, making many excuses. Finally he said I needed to bring the car in for another inspection (I'd already wasted an hour and a half a month before doing just that). He did not reply to my email to confirm the time, until I left a voicemail on the day I'd checked in about coming in for that second inspection. He then emailed me to say that after reviewing the notes from the general manager that had retired (and that Duke had initially emailed me saying that he didn't have...) that they weren't interested in purchasing the car. Either they were BSing me the whole time, or they are totally incompetent. Either way, I would not recommend anyone wasting their time with these grifters. More

Self righteous sales personnel. Just looking at vehicles at the Suffolk fair and the Sales guy there was very rude pushy and ignorant. Should have pulled a cop over to rectify the situation but hey please take what I say to heart this isnt a good dealership to go to if they act this way. More
