They tried to rip me off I took my car to Duke for an inspection and they tried to rip me off. I was told that the electrical kit for the light bulbs above my back license pla I took my car to Duke for an inspection and they tried to rip me off. I was told that the electrical kit for the light bulbs above my back license plate was missing and I'd have to pay $150 for a new kit. When I asked if it was something my husband could fix (because he's good with cars) I was discouraged from that because apparently it's complicated to fix. My husband wanted to try anyway so I took a rejection sticker. My husband said it wasn't complicated at all to get to the kit and the kit was there! They tried to sell me something I didn't need at all. One of the back light bulbs was out but that cost 30 cents at Autozone and anyone can change a light bulb. How sad that a woman can't go to a dealership alone without getting ripped off. More
