In Northern Virginia (Fairfax County and Alexandria), I had nothing but bad experiences with the dealerships. So, I often couple a 3-day weekend vacation with a Friday visit to Duke, just to get the car serviced... Scott, and the Duke Service department have NEVER tried to up-sell me. They’ve never held me hostage during an inspection. I have never felt like I was getting unneeded service. This is why I will continue to go there, even though I live 208 miles away. They are the only people I trust. More

I recently bought a used vehicle from Duke Automotive. I inquired by Internet at first and was treated very well over the phone by the Internet sales person. At no time during the transaction did I feel any pressure to buy. This includes the after market products. I really appreciated the service I received. My husband and I purchased a 2011 cadillac srx on June 18 2011. We worked with Jerry Butler on the purchase of this vehicle. He was very knowledgable about the vehicle and the dealership did not have the S 2011. We worked with Jerry Butler on the purchase of this vehicle. He was very knowledgable about the vehicle and the dealership did not have the SRx that we were looking for but Jerry was able to locate the SRX at another dealership and arranged for transfer to Duke Automotive. After the SRX was transferred to Duke Automotive there was no pressure from Jerry to purchase the vehicle. Jerry answered all of our questions and provided us with the cost of the vehicle. We decided to purchase the vehicle on Wednesday and made arrangements with Jerry to complete the transaction on Saturday June 18th. Eley Duke completed the paperwork for the SRX purchase. He explained and answered all questions about the total cost and financing of the vehicle. Jerry explained all the bells and whistles of the vehicle and ask us to call or come back if we had any questions or problems. It was a great experience at Duke Automotive as always. This was a great car buying experience. Stan was friendly, knows the product well and was able to explain how everything works very effectively without overwhelming me.
