After being given the runaround from no less than 4 other dealerships, who wanted to sell me everything but what I wanted, Dulles Motor Cars stepped up and hit a home run with me. I was given the very lowest quote of all the other dealers for the exact make, model, option package, and color Optima I was looking for. They beat the competitions best price by over two thousand dollars the very first quote. My internet sales person was Samantha Dopson who from start to finish was excellent, she was very quick to give me the best quote the first time, she emailed back very quickly in answer to any of my questions and even held the car for me until I could come in and drive it, Samatha was just a pleasure to work with, no pressure what so ever. When I arrived, I was greeted by Sami Ramadan who had all the paperwork in hand, ready to discuss everything line by line to make sure I was getting everything I wanted and that I was completely satisfied. Sami was one of the nicest, most professional people I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with, he was not going to let me go without making sure I was completely happy with my total buying experience. This was one of the lowest stress deals I have ever had at any dealer, every person I met was nice, helpful, and courteous. I drove almost 2 hours from Southern MD just to buy this car from Dulles Motor Cars and would absolutely do it again. I would encourage anyone else in the market for a new car to visit this dealership, even if it means taking a little road trip as I did. More

I would not recommend this dealership to purchase a car. The initial experience was good, people were very friendly. I came from Pennsylvania to Virginia, which was a 2.5 hour drive. After my purchase I found out they had screwed up the tags to my new car. They said they were getting me new tags instead of transferring the old ones. They ended up transferring my old ones and I had already handed that tag in back to the state. After it was all said and done I had to clear this up myself and purchase all new tags. I called the dealership several times to try to recoup my money since it was not my fault. All I got was a run around and no one wanted to help me. I talked to several people and left many messages on voice mails and no one would get back to me. It seems like they will be as nice as they can to sell you a car but after that they could care less about you. I purchased this car 2 months ago and have not heard a word from the dealership asking about my experience with the dealership. I have bought a lot of cars through dealerships and most of them will call or send some kind of survey about the experience with them and the purchase. I guess their customers are just numbers and they don't care about repeat business. A very unhappy customer, Ryan Wile More

She turned a very frustrating day into a great one by taking time and care with my car needs and preferences. She did an excellent job finding the car that really suited me and was a great price too! I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy a car. She will show you everything you might be interested in, and she listens when you say you do not like something about a car model or price. You will definitely walk away happy. More
Their website states “... we made a very simple promise: treat every customer like a family member and we will earn their loyalty. Twenty-one years later that promise still holds true... we provide superior treat every customer like a family member and we will earn their loyalty. Twenty-one years later that promise still holds true... we provide superior service and support while you own your vehicle...” I have been doing business with this dealer for 15 years. Recently I called on the help of the owners to help me with a difficult vehicle situation. Kevin took the bull by the horns and within a day I drove away in my new 2013 Grand Cherokee. I turned to Dulles Motorcars when I was in need of an advocate and Kevin stepped up to the plate and hit a home run. The owners and their staff proved they not only stand behind their cars, they honor their commitment to stand behind their customers. My thanks to: Kevin & Senior Saghafi (owners), Raul Martinez (sales manager), Emilio Delos-Reyes & Eddie Lyons (sales consultants), and Chris Trigger (finance manager). More
I had some service done on my Dodge here because it was close to the place I was visiting, but the service did not resolve my problem. In fact, when I took it to another mechanic, they informed me that so close to the place I was visiting, but the service did not resolve my problem. In fact, when I took it to another mechanic, they informed me that some wires were connected backwards. I felt overcharged, particularly considering that the faulty work put my car in danger of overheating and could have potentially affected the engine. Eventually I was refunded for the cost of the labor, and I appreciate that. More

We needed a new car quickly, although we had researched this car many months ago. Hence, we knew what we wanted to buy, and what the general prices were. We called a few dealerships to see if they had ca this car many months ago. Hence, we knew what we wanted to buy, and what the general prices were. We called a few dealerships to see if they had cars in stock, but they either didn't have the car, or were unable to tell us if they had what we wanted. We decided to go out to Dulles Motor Cars, because they said they had the car we wanted. In fact, they did have the car, and we were able to test drive the car. Short story: we decided to buy the car, and we did. Important to note: Jennifer was the person who initially spoke with us on the phone. When we got to the dealership, we were approached by another salesperson (Sami, who ended up being our sales person). We told Sami Ramada that we were here to see Jennifer. He left to get her, and she explained that Sami would be better as a salesperson for that car. We explained that we did NOT want to deal with any sales pressure of any kind. She relayed that message to Sami, and we were very pleased with his respect for our wishes, and did not pressure us during the sale. There was a certain amount of research to be done, to get the exact car we wanted. Sami did as much as he could at that late hour, and arranged for Gary Hall to follow up with making arrangements to move the car to their dealership the next day. Gary worked hard, and got us the car we wanted, which was hours away. The paperwork end of things was not unpleasant, but there were some details that had to be tweaked after the settlement. But when we initiated those few calls later, to get our registration and follow up with some ordered parts, the employees were very pleasant, quick to respond, and these matters were settled quickly to our satisfaction. We would highly recommend this dealership. They seem to be good, capable people, and we have a lovely new car without bad feelings. More
I have purposely left out our salesman's name, as I believe he is an honest guy who is just new and might want to reconsider working for Dulles Motorcars. My wife and I came in to purchase a new Dur believe he is an honest guy who is just new and might want to reconsider working for Dulles Motorcars. My wife and I came in to purchase a new Durango. After test driving a Crew and a Citadel, we decided that the Citadel had more of the comforts and features we were looking for. I have access to the Chrysler Affiliates Preferred Pricing program through my employer and informed them of my intent to purchase using it. While we liked the Citadel that we drove, neither my wife or I liked the interior color. I questioned the salesman about the avaialability of other colors, and he mentioned that the color we were searching for (Light frost beige) is offered but might not yet be available as it says "late availability" in the brochure. I found this a little odd seeing as we were discussing 2012 models and its almost time for the 13's to arrive (that is pretty late...). Nonetheless I asked him to try to find the color we wanted - I think when you spend close to $50,000 on a vehicle, getting your choice of colors isn't asking too much. After about 20 or 30 minutes in Sales Manager Raul Martinez's office, our salesman returned and stated that 1) the nearest Citadel with light frost beige interior was almost 400 miles away in Ohio, and 2) the price will be "considerably higher" because we cannot use Preferred Pricing with dealer traded vehicles. Not willing to settle on a car we didn't want or pay "considerably more" for one we did, we excused ourselves and left. As we left, I placed a phone call to the Chrysler Affiliates Program customer service department and was told that participating dealers do honor Preferred Pricing, whether the vehicle is sold from the dealer's lot, ordered or acquired through a dealer trade. She advised that any dealer who states otherwise is LYING, and recommended we find another dealer. Not willing to give up, we stopped by Fair Oaks Dodge in Chantilly on the way home. Guess what? Within 10 minutes they found 5 Citadels within an hour that all had the color we wanted! So much for Ohio being the closest... One handshake and 12 hours later, we came back and signed the papers for our new Durango Citadel, purchased as a dealer trade through the Chrysler Affiliates program. Imagine that! We have received numerous compliments on our new Dodge, and I use each opportunity to make a point of steering people away from Dulles Motorcars. If Mr. Martinez wants to LIE to his customers, he should at least stick to lies that are not so easy to catch. More
