Guy Houseman was quick to respond to my e-mail inquiries by e-mail replies and followed up with phone calls. He waited patiently for me at the end of the day to come to the dealership for a test drive even by e-mail replies and followed up with phone calls. He waited patiently for me at the end of the day to come to the dealership for a test drive even though I got lost on the way there and was over an hour late for my appointment. Once I got there, he did not rush me and stayed after-hours to close the deal. Several other staff members were involved, too, staying after-hours, making the phone calls to prospective lenders for me, and finishing up the final paperwork for the sale, including licensure in another state (WV). All of this for a used car under $9000. Guy and the others treated me as if I were buying the most expensive car on the lot. More
