We were shopping for a few months trying to find the right car at the right price for our daughter's first car. We finally located a Honda Civic on the internet close to what we were looking for. We live about two hours away and had to take off from work early to come look at this car. Terrence taking the time to talk to us and email us several pictures a couple of different times was a great help in making a decision whether to take this trip or not. When we arrived at the dealership, Terrence had the car up front ready to go for a test drive. He also talked to us a few times on the way helping with directions. The car was the first thing we saw when we drove up. Terrence was extremely nice and we had a great experience.
