How was my experience? Not good at all. After having a delay of the vehicle arriving, I was insured the windows would be tinted. But upon delivery they were not, but D Not good at all. I was told I could come back (I live 5 hours away). Then I was told the maintenance plan I bought could be used at any Toyota dealership, again another falsehood. The maintenance plan can only be used there. This is my 5 new Toyota purchase and I have to say this is the worst experience of any dealer I have had experience with. More
