My wife and I set out to find us a new family car of some type. We originally set out to fnd a good used car. Well with no luck happen for bout 3 weeks my parents took the time to stop by Folger Kia South type. We originally set out to fnd a good used car. They had prior experience with him since he sold my younger brother his Rio a few years back. My parents are pretty old fashion and don't believe in change when it works good the first time. So they took me and the wife up to Folger. D.C met us right away at the door and started out showing us what he had to offer from the Rio up. He first showed us a Soul. Nice car great price but just wasn't our size. He then asked what we have now which was a 2 door accord. He then showed us an Optima. Good car but my wife felt confined by the dash. To much going on as she put it. He then showed us a Sportage. We loved it. So on to the paper work. After Keeping D.C over for about 2 hours he was able to meet the deal we set in to make. Always friendly and hes not scared to try and make the deal work for his customer. So bottom line for me is if he's there when we come back to get a new Kia we will def. be coming back to see him. He was not just a sales man to me and my wife but a good friend. More

I had nothing but bad experiances with a different kia dealership in kansas, called Kevin from Folger while i was still there, told him my plight and he was shocked with the horrible service they provid dealership in kansas, called Kevin from Folger while i was still there, told him my plight and he was shocked with the horrible service they provided and guarenteed that it would be better when i got home and could come in to folger. i told him the deal i had and the specifics for the car i wanted. it was there when i went in the day i got back. filled out the paper work, had a few hiccups worked out with Jay that all went relatively smoothly considering everything. afterward had to talk with marcus about financing, that took a little while (you know banks!) but after all that was done i left same day with my new Kia Optima Ex! took four days in kansas with repeaded calls and them running us around (Bob hope kia is bad news) took one day with Kevin and the guys at Folger. had two little issues that we got fixed up after i had the keys, since then havent had any problems. ive got nothing but good words for them thus far and hope to keep it that way for the life of my car, and with that warrenty! I gave a "2"on price because we left the dealership with a certain payment and 2 says later I got a call, letting me know that my payments would be going up.
