Service dept. SUCKS There service sucks do not go there. I have taken my kia there 3 times. First time they left tools on the windshield by the wipers. Third time and last time they chipped the paint on the rear door. We will not go there or get a car there ever again. More

I had my car in for service sun roof replaced and the told me a few days it's been a week and told me it would be done on the Monday I had to call them then they said they would call the body shop to see if it was done and it was but no one called me to let me know and they were supposed to do oil change they didn't and then when I came to pick up the car I had to wait horrible experience would never recommend them More
