Don't go here The salesman that I had knew nothing about the leasing specials they were advertising on the radio. When I pulled up their website he said it didn't l The salesman that I had knew nothing about the leasing specials they were advertising on the radio. When I pulled up their website he said it didn't look like their site. I said "you ARE Dutchess Kia yes?" Leased a new 2016 which had a problem right out of the lot. Told them I wanted a different car bc I'm not comfortable taking this one after it had an issue from the start. They were unwilling to do ANYTHING for me and basically told me I was stuck with this car bc since they submitted the registration they couldn't sell the car as new anymore. The car had 20 miles when I took it off the lot and probably 25 miles, if that, when I returned it. Literally had the car off the lot for 5 minutes. I'm sorry I ever went here and will NEVER go there again for anything. I won't even go for the free oil changes they offer. Very disgusted with this dealership. They advertise everywhere that they take care of their customers. That's a load of you know what. They definitely didn't even try to help me when I voiced my concerns. More

My first was a Wrangler unlimited Mountain Edition purchased new in 2010. I've never had a negative experience with anyone there. Fast, courteous service, pleasant buying experience. I've seen negative reviews here and don't understand why. I'm "that" customer. I bring my vehicle in to be looked at any time something seems "off". It's usually nothing, but they check it anyway.
