They gave me a great price the 1st time around for my trade in and for the price of the new car.... And I know because I did my research before going and I'd been to several other dealerships already. The staff was courteous and respectful. I will definitely go back to purchase my next car from Dutchess Dodge because I only give my business to people who deal with me honestly and fairly without any hassling around..... And they definitely do provide honest friendly service. More

If I could give zero stars I would I was pressured into putting a hold on a car. When I came back the next day and decided the car wasn't for me I was told only a manager could sign off I was pressured into putting a hold on a car. When I came back the next day and decided the car wasn't for me I was told only a manager could sign off on the refund, of course the manager "wasn't there" that day. The next day when I came back and found a manager he told me only the owner could sign off on a refund. I was yelled at, cursed at, and talked down to. I was toyed with and told contradictory stories all 5 times I went in for my refund. It took almost two weeks for my refund to finally be processed and it wasn't a painless two weeks at that. Overall I could not say one good thing about this place. I will never do business here ever again and I could never in a million years recommend buying a car from this dealership to anyone. I have never seen such unprofessionalism and plain rudeness and crooked actions at a place of business. More
