Purchased a used Lexus GX 470. Overall the experience with the employees was good and the price of the vehicle was fair, but there was one thing we were very displeased with. I fully inspected the body of the car as I do not tolerate door dings and scratches; I'm meticulous about my vehicles. This vehicle had few tiny dings, all of which I noted during my thorough inspection. After the purchase, when the car was washed for the first time, it was clear the dealership had prepped a 5 inch gouge (not surface scratch) on the rear door so that it was undetectable on inspection! The efforts by the dealership to conceal this defect were in fact, outstanding, as well as grossly deceptive. I was left with a huge repair costing hundreds of dollars. This defect would have been a price bargaining point. Buyer beware. I'd recommend any potential buyer of a vehicle at this dealer request the car they are considering be run through their car wash so that any efforts to conceal defects would be revealed. For this reason I rated 'quality of work' Very Bad and while I wouldn't NOT recommend this dealer overall, I do so with the stated warning. More
