As always, Duval personnel treated me very professionally and courteously. They were very interested in resolving my issue and were very willing to listen to my issue. As is always the case, Kevin in service department was extremely efficient, professional and very courteous. Kevin is never in a hurry but always listens and discusses my issue. Kevin always discusses my issue until he understands my issue thoroughly. I am owner of 2 Acura's and have never allowed anyone to provide service but Duval. Kevin is a big reason for this decision as I have confidence in his ability to understand my issues. More

He was very friendly and efficient while closing the deal. I don't remember the name of the gentleman that completed the finance paperwork but he was knowledgeable and easy to work with. Considering there were two of us to deal with, the whole process was smooth. It was very nice to be able to see the inventory online before we arrived at the dealership.
