First new car! This was my very first new car purchase and I had an amazing experience! I was contacted within 5 minutes of submitting a TrueCar inquiry by John Duga This was my very first new car purchase and I had an amazing experience! I was contacted within 5 minutes of submitting a TrueCar inquiry by John Dugan. He was friendly and straightforward with pricing.. two very important attributes that influenced me to work with Duval rather than an Acura dealership closer to my home. The Sales Manager Andrew also followed up with me and offered an incredible deal. I drove 2 hours to pick up my new car and everything was already prepared for me to take delivery. Philip in Finance was able to finish my paperwork in less than 15 minutes. I couldn't be happier with the team at Duval and how they all worked with me to make this fast and easy since I was coming from 2 hours away. John is truly a great salesperson who paid attention to the smallest details such as setting my navigation and leaving an energy drink in the car for the ride home. I was even sent mugs and brownies from Duval as a "thanks for your business" gift. I also work in the car business and know that not every salesperson or dealer will treat their customers with the care that Duval does. No games, no hassle. I LOVE MY CAR. Thanks guys! More

He stayed late to ensure we were well taken care of by team at Acura and were satisfied with our purchase. Our salesman and finance manager were very upfront and transparent with us and helped us get a good value with our purchase. My wife commented that she had never witnessed and experienced such a smooth and comfortable car buying experience.
