I had been doing my research and educating myself on the market of this particular car. The salesman, Michael Anderson, was very professional and polite. He explained the no price haggle policy and we drove the car. He was familiar with the car and its features. I didn't feel manipulated at all like I was at Arlington just prior to this over basically the same model car, different year and options. The entire process from when I turned into the lot and drove away was less than 2 hours. Financing was a breeze! I recommend Duval Acura! More

He is professional, competent and enjoyable to communicate with. My car had an airbag recall in late March (2016). Jovie arranged for a rental car for me until the part came in. Yesterday, April 18th, the new part was installed in a short period of time. I returned the rental and the rental agent drove me to Duval Acura where my car was waiting for me - repaired and washed/cleaned. I have only good things to say and would highly recommend this dealership. More
