I've in a wheelchair and my time in it is limited it, so if the repairs (if any) is more than 1hr 30 min they either loan me a car or take me home and bring the car back when finished.Granted I only live around the corner from them.BUT Still. The "valet" service I received was beyond expectation and I was also provided a 2015 Acura RDX as a loaner car. Kevin Agustin, my Service Advisor, was top notch from beginning to end, including recommendations as they dove deeper into the maintenance. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle a couple of days later (based on additional work at my request), I was again greeted with valet service. I will continue to place my Acura in their expert care. Excellent Customer Service I purchased my 2008 Acura TL new from Duval Acura and have it serviced there. After replacing the Blower Fan Resistor twice (once while under warrant I purchased my 2008 Acura TL new from Duval Acura and have it serviced there. After replacing the Blower Fan Resistor twice (once while under warranty) in 3-years due to the A/C not blowing cold air after 2+ hours of driving, Eddie Turner, Service Manager, suggested they perform an evacuation of refrigerant at no charge, and it appears to have resolved the problem so far. I was provided a loaner car, and my car was repaired, washed and returned to me within a few hours of dropping it off. Arick Armenta, Service Advisor, was very courteous and professional as always.
