Excellent service with a smile! My car was having some issues with a hesitation and I left it with Kevin so the service department could give it a computer update, I picked the car u My car was having some issues with a hesitation and I left it with Kevin so the service department could give it a computer update, I picked the car up and it seemed fine at first and then it starting getting worse. I called Kevin and he told me to return it and he was very accommodating with a loaner vehicle and the time to drop it off. They had to do some more work on the car to fix the problem. I dropped in on him unexpectedly during my lunch and picked up my car. They were so fast, I was in and out of there in no time. Excellent service as always. More

Friendliest Customer Service in Town I drive into Duval Acura because my vehicle had warned me that possible transmission failure could be imminent. My husband usually handles all the auto repairs but because I was out & about this one was up to me. Kevin was great at making me feel at ease and made sure that not only was I kept up-to-date with what was going on back In the garage but also comfortable in the customer service waiting area. He went over and above by checking on our extended warranty for me and put me in a nice loaner vehicle until my car was repaired. This dealership gets an A++! More
