Wade Merrick has continued to "perform the excellence" time after time, when I am in the service department at Duval Acura, I know the level of excellence to expect. Mr. Merrick is duplicating himself with the service team surrounding him. It is a big job and I continue to see the "excellence" duplicated due to his leadership and I am sure the top management of Duval Acura a part of the trust I feel for the dealership and the brand.
