The service team has been incredible every time! The purchase process was wonderful too, working with Mr. Higgs was a pleasure. I really can't say enough about Arick in the service department though. He has helped me every time and is always very kind and helpful. I will absolutely be using this service center for my vehicle going forward and would recommend working with any Duval dealership based on my experiences with Duval Acura. More

Excellent customer service. Very streamlined systema-no duplicate paperwork-everything is in the computer. Check in with one person and check out and pay with same person. My son was visiting for the weekend and we had a very short time to get his car serviced. Duval Acura was able to fit us in and provide the service in the limited time available. (purchase price $28,600 w/o tax, tag, title-$200 over invoice) The salesman was one I had experiences with at another dealership so I suppose that helped. But I highly recommend using a car buying service, if you're able. Service has been outstanding thus far. I've needed a couple of TSB's performed which were completed with zero complaint or fuss from the dealership. One had to be done twice. Acura had come out with a different "fix" after the first TSB. I have to assume there were many like myself where the first one didn't work as intended. Again, zero balking by the dealership to perform the "fix". I'm ALWAYS treated with the utmost respect, promptly greeted, and given a free loaner when needed. Any special discount, if one is available, is given without asking. i.e. Just had a B-1 service performed and was unaware there was a special for 15% off any service. Nice surprise when I noticed it on the bill. Can't say enough good things about Duval Acura. They have been nothing short of wonderful to me! More
My Acura TL has been serviced several times recently by Duval Acura. I had an incident occur following my second visit that resulted in damage to the vehicle. This was extremely refreshing and is the first time that I have experienced this level of customer satisfaction with anyone that has worked on my car. Joe, in the service department, was an incredible help and is an asset to the service department. I recommed that you speak with him if you contact the dealership to schedule any type of service. I've also had the opportunity to work with Kevin Snider who manages the dealership, and his commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction is unbelievable. Both he and Joe treated my fairly and with respect, and it was obvious through each step that they were truly there to help me through a difficult situation. I didn't have the same experience with Todd Thigpen who runs the Service Department as he really seems to be having a perpetually bad day. My situation was unique however, and when it was all said and done, the positive experiences that I've had with Duval Acura have far outweighed the bad. In the future, I will definitely take my car to Duval Acura for service and repairs. More
