We purchased a used car Dodge Dart from Duval Chevrolet on 11/1/21. We had problems with a tire from the day it was purchased and we had to replace the tire ourselves. However we were told that we could receive a new key and key fob thru the Fidelity Warranty Service we purchased for $1,150.00 with the car. This paper work says includes Key Replacement. We have been trying since 11/1/22 to get this. Now I was told we are trying to commit a warranty fraud. A replacement cost over $ 250.00. We are 79 years old and need the car for transportation to our Doctors and the hospital. More

In my 35 years of buying cars, Lloyd and the sales manager at Duval Chevrolet made it my best car buying experience in my life. No hard sale tactics, no back and forth negotiating price. Just honest folks with an honest price; even the General Manager took the time to spend 20 or so minutes just chatting. Good people, great experience 10/10. Ask for Lloyd Webb, he’s a nice guy. More

I recently wrote a review on the first service I had done to my truck there. Sadly I was not a happy with the service that was given. As of today I received a phone call from the NEW service manager Bill Rey to my truck there. Sadly I was not a happy with the service that was given. As of today I received a phone call from the NEW service manager Bill Reynolds he has only been there a couple of weeks and has assured me that things will be making a turn around under his management. I will be giving them another shot at service on my truck, he has assured me things will be done correctly and has also gave me my next service free on him. I will be reporting back to this review as soon as I have my next service. I am looking forward to working with Mr. Reynolds, I am putting my confidence in him to make sure this goes like it should. Rocco, Terry, Kurt, Scott, Bruce and the rest of the Duval Chevrol as in my last review I have nothing but good things to say about the entire staff. Rocco, Terry, Kurt, Scott, Bruce and the rest of the Duval Chevrolet, Starke staff are the absolute best in the business. The service department is the best I've ever used since 1976. More

I recently had a problem with the A/C on my 2014 Silverado and as GM has had a lot problems with this model of vehicles A/C system, Rocco got the costs covered by GM and Ronnie had it repaired within 2 days of the diagnosis.
