Gabriel was very thorough while explaining the process, and answered every question. I had already selected a list of trucks that I wanted to look at when I arrived, of which three were available. Gabriel explained the features to me on all the trucks, and decided to purchase one of them. He did not try to sell me something that I didn't want, nor did he try to steer me in another direction. Great buying experience! In addition to being located near my home, Duval Ford has one of the most extensive inventories of cars I have seen anywhere. Their current showroom is a clean and efficient place, but they are in the process of constructing a brand new showroom on their current property. They need more customer parking. Not surprising. I have purchased about 40 cars over 35 years, and the salesman I worked with (David Moore) was beyond a doubt one of the most helpful car salesman I have had the pleasure of dealing with. David is very knowledgeable and answers any and all questions completely. I am looking forward to dealing with David and Duval Ford in the future. More
