No Pressure I was first contacted by Cheryl from Internet Sales. I explained to her what I was looking for and she promptly sent me an e-mail with a link to some I was first contacted by Cheryl from Internet Sales. Gabriel was very thorough while explaining the process, and answered every question. I had already selected a list of trucks that I wanted to look at when I arrived, of which three were available. Gabriel explained the features to me on all the trucks, and decided to purchase one of them. He did not try to sell me something that I didn't want, nor did he try to steer me in another direction. Great buying experience! In addition to being located near my home, Duval Ford has one of the most extensive inventories of cars I have seen anywhere. Their current showroom is a clean and efficient place, but they are in the process of constructing a brand new showroom on their current property. They need more customer parking. Not surprising. I have purchased about 40 cars over 35 years, and the salesman I worked with (David Moore) was beyond a doubt one of the most helpful car salesman I have had the pleasure of dealing with. David is very knowledgeable and answers any and all questions completely. I am looking forward to dealing with David and Duval Ford in the future. More

They were also supposed to pick us up the next morning but kept delaying, having a new excuse every time we called. We finally had enough and took an uber ride over to the dealership. When we arrived. We insisted we absolutely had to be on the road. So she made a call to service and with in minutes our car arrived around front. We live in north carolina and were passing through. These people clearly tried to rip us off and had no concern for our schedule. I would not trust or recommend them to any one ever More
