I did some shopping around prior to coming to Duval Ford and this place is head and shoulders above the others. I think I experienced both ends of the spectrum, with this place being at the top. Rafael was attentive, responsive and worked with us to find the right vehicle at the right price. What really stood out was all of the attention to detail and the number of little things that these guys did to make the whole experience EASY. They did everything they said they were going to do. Rafael worked to get the documentation for the sale in order so it was quick and painless when we showed up to pick up the car and personally gassed it up for when we left. Eric also went above and beyond to make sure all of our transactions went smoothly. I really appreciate the quality of the staff and would recommend them to anyone in search of a vehicle. More

I am a regular customer at Duval Ford and have bought several vehicles from them. This one is the third new one, The others were used ones. Service such as this is what keeps me returning to Duval Ford. I am very satisfied with the experience that I had working with these guys to make this purchase. I will return when necessary. I was finishing my paper work and working with my bank for the amount of the check I would need. They told me they were getting the car ready to detail and I was going to the bank to get the check. Well a few minutes later another guy who was in training came and told me the suv I just purchase was SOLD.... Terrence never came to tell me what was going on and neither did anyone else. They told me a sale manager was coming out to speak with me and I waited 30 mins and he never showed up. I am in sales and would never treat a customer like this and I make sure I tell everyone I deal with NOT to buy from Duval Ford More
