After narrowing my selection down to the three top choices - in price order - I drove to Duval Ford to take a look at a new Ford Escape. From the moment I walked in the door, to the time I left in my new SUV, the customer service and care was outstanding! First of all, the salesman didn't flock to me like vultures. Secondly, and this is the best part, the salesman and manager discussed aspects of the deal with me - openly. Nothing was hidden or secretive, I felt more included than ever before throughout the whole process. They showed honesty, respect, and also offered me a very fair amount for my trade-in, an '07 Trailblazer. I drove home that day in my brand new Ford Escape, and for such a great price!
