Not sure what to think...Mr. Moore called and said I was approved, but when I got there...guess what...paperwork hadnt even been submitted to bank. I gave this dealer two days of my time, kept re-submitting the same paperwrk over and over..When I finally sat down with finance guy, he stated no one leaves a dealership with an actually approval(We only go by what the computer puts out, a person will look at it later), which means weeks from now, Duval Ford could ask for the car back or the customer could get a much HIGHER interest rate.. This is unprofessional and bad business! Especially if a trade in is involved. More

My 8 yr old has been thru 11 surgeries just got out of the hospital and was crying and upset he did not need that added stress in his live. More
Dwyane, who is supposedly the go to guy for Super Duty trucks, was EXTREMELY rude to me, he talked to me like I was an idiot and like he knew all the answers. What was funny, was when it came to actually trucks, was EXTREMELY rude to me, he talked to me like I was an idiot and like he knew all the answers. What was funny, was when it came to actually knowing parts and stuff about the truck, he claimed he 'didn't know, and wasn't a mechanic' yet he expected me to do his job for him. He never spoke an ill word or gave my husband the attitude he gave me on the phone, which leads me to believe he has some superiority complex when it comes to women. He quoted me a price of $600+ dollars for a repair. I called a guy who isn't a 'Ford certified' tech and he did the SAME job for $160?? How is it possible they could be THAT far off? Then, not only did he fix it for $160, he actually found what the real problem was with the thing all in one day, somehow this 'Ford certified' top dollar guy couldn't find that in a week's worth of 'diagnosing'?! When I confronted Dwayne about it, he basically said 'ok, uh huh' totally brushing it under the rug. I made several attempts to contact Ed Roberts who is Dwayne's boss to tell him about the problem, and apparently customer service isn't in his job description cause he never found the time to call me back. I received a call from an employee, a very nice woman, who took my statement about the problem and assured me she would have Ed Roberts call me the next day. I still, 2 weeks later, have never heard from the guy. I called the tech who had done the repairs and he quoted me a price of around $250 for the repair of the actual problem. I miraculously, got a phone call from Dwayne a day later and he quoted me for the same job, around $80. Which leads me to believe one thing, his boss or someone higher than him told him to quote me cost of the part to 'please me and get rid of me'. They will turn around and file a seperate claim on the part along with labor and make back the money they lost. I ONLY brought my truck to Duval Ford because Dwayne told me it was still under warranty, then once it came to giving me a price, magically it no longer was. I know better than to take any vehicle to a dealership for customer paid repairs, they screw you on the price and the markup for their gifted techs is unwarranted. If you have a Super Duty and you MUST deal with Duval Ford's service dept...ask for someone other than their 'expert'. More
I have been to several dealerships trying to get out from under a loan with JD Byrider, Duval Ford made that happen. They tried and pushed until they found a way. I walked in with an 02 Ford Escape with 134000 on the ODO, and they found a way to put me in a 2011 Ford Focus with 3.8 on the ODO. HUGE difference. Anyone wanting to buy a new ford, go see Lee. This man stays by your side the whole way through, and walks you through every process. He is one of the few car salesmen I have met in my life, that I would NOT run over if I caught them in a cross walk. Thank you to everyone involved, yall be blessed. We came into the dealership with a very low price for a 2010 Ford Focus from Mike Shad but Terrance was able to put us in a brand new 2011 Ford Focus for less than the price we showed him at the other deal 2010 Ford Focus from Mike Shad but Terrance was able to put us in a brand new 2011 Ford Focus for less than the price we showed him at the other dealrship. Our experience was incredible! Terrance was not pushy and gave us many different options to choose from. There were multiple cars that fit our needs and we were able to get the color and options in it that we wanted. Financing was easy and we were able to choose a plan that fit our budget. This is a dealership that values the individual customer and will do what it takes to get you the absolute best deal. We love our new car! My wife and I have purchased three vehicles from Duval Ford and this was the worst experience by far. As of 11/4 I still haven't received my registration and they are still asking for documents. Met Louis Parris at a credit union car sales event. Didn't find what I wanted there, but Louis was sure he could find what I was looking for at the Duval Ford dealership. We went there a few day later, & he tried very hard to find what I was wanting. He spent a long time showing us what he felt met our requirements. In the end, he did find exactly what I was hoping for. The only negative feeling was that we sat, & sat, & sat, waiting for Mr Bernal to get my paper work ready to sign. We watched him close the file folder & were expecting to be called into his office, instead, he was on the computer for a long time before he finally called us to come & sign the papers. They did not start cleaning & detailing the car until the papers were signed. Mr. Parris arranged for a loaner car for me to drive until my new car was ready. Which was very helpful. We had arrived there around noon, & picked up the new car about 6:30 in the evening. A long day. Though it was clean & looked sharp, it was not complete, & I need to take it back to get the head lights properly cleaned. Not easy for me to get there. Definitely not Mr Parris's fault. Had we been able to sign the papers a bit sooner, I'm sure the cleaning would have been complete. Mr Parris did his best to make sure everything was right & to my satisfaction. He was able to arrange the price I was willing to pay, & arrange for my trade ins to be accepted. More
I cannot thank Mike Cohran and Duval Ford enough! I wasn't prepared to buy a car and I explained all of that to Mike over the phone. We talked and I was very-very wary over another car purchasing experience (which was just very unpleasant). Mike promised me (even before we met), that he would make this a positive process and more importantly meet my budget needs. I had THE MOST POSITIVE experience that I have ever had at a car dealership and Mike absolutely 100% followed through on his commitments! The entire staff that I met, including Billy Brown, were just great and friendly people. I am the proud owner of a 2011 Ford Focus, which is first and foremost, a reliable vehicle for me, it's an adorable car and my monthly payments are affordable. I did not sit in the dealership for hours and hours...I was in and out of there, with a brand new car in 2 hours!! And, it was a very - very pleasant and positive 2 hours.
