Leighton worked hard to get me into my vehicle and meet my expectations without being aggressive. He had the vehicle ready and took the time to set up some of the features and go over them without me askin my expectations without being aggressive. I called about a broken taillight and spoke to Jonathan. When he saw that all appointment times were booked that afternoon, he told me to come on in and ask for him. I did, and he got me in quickly.
