Great service overall. If I had any issues they were taken care of immediately. My wait times were not long at all. If a part had to be ordered, and they said it would be ready I 2 days, it was. What an outstanding experience of caring, friendliness, professionalism; not mention knowledge. Taysha Diaz, displayed such patiences as she went over the many functions of my newly purchased car. She removed my feeling of being overwhelmed by the numerous accessories. As she navigated me through step by step and letting me know she was only a phone call or text away. This was my second visit to Duval Ford since moving to Jacksonville 5-months ago. I can see why with an employee like Taysha Diaz it's such a great dealership. More

Had an oil change. No problems except the wait was 1.5 hours but I didn’t have an appointment for this day. I just drove in and got it done. So not bad and the time they said was correct. Recall Repairs When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted and introduced to Sean. My wait time was about an hour, but that's because the rental I needed had n When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted and introduced to Sean. My wait time was about an hour, but that's because the rental I needed had not yet arrived. I was given an estimate of 3:00 - 3:30 for the jobs to be completed. The staff was courteous enough to take me to the rental location so I could pick up my vehicle. When I arrived back at Ford, I was told that one of the items needed was not in stock, and that it would take 3 days to get it in. The good news is that Ford extended my rental contract. When I called to check on the status, I was told that an additional problem was discovered, and that the needed part was unavailable until another 2 or more days. Again, Ford extended my rental contract, and they were able to have Ford pay for the additional repair because it was related to the recall, though not listed specifically. While some people would have been put out by all the delays, especially during the holiday season, I was thankful for the rental I did not have to pay for, and for the additional repair I did not have to pay for. The staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful. More
