Process was super easy and fast! The service was exceptional I highly recommended Duval Ford! My family and I had purchased 3 vehicles there, the sales person Joe Singleton was so helpful and courteous, worked r I highly recommended Duval Ford! My family and I had purchased 3 vehicles there, the sales person Joe Singleton was so helpful and courteous, worked really hard to get us the best deals on our cars. Saved from paying 24% apr on my old car and put me a brand new fully loaded car at a 7% apr and my payment are almost the same!!! More

Wow, simply amazing One word I have to say about Duval ford is “WOW”. We purchased an SUV from them less than a year ago for my fiancé. We ended up at Duval Ford because One word I have to say about Duval ford is “WOW”. We purchased an SUV from them less than a year ago for my fiancé. We ended up at Duval Ford because we had such a bad experience at another dealership and I called them and explained what happened and they assured me they were different. Man, were they right! I just wish we would have gone to them first, but they were farther away from where we lived. We had a great experience with them when we purchased the SUV so I went back to them a month ago to inquire about a new truck. Long story short, we dealt with Kevin (GM), Rafeal (VP), David “Gunny” (Sales Rep) and his Wife Susan (Sales Rep). We felt that We were overloaded with kindness in a great way. Everyone bent over backwards to help us out and make us happy! We were in and out in an hour and drove off in another Ford vehicle as another very satisfied Duval Ford customer! I highly, highly recommend Duval Ford. They are all amazing individuals that truly care about ones experience in purchasing a vehicle from them.
