Above and beyond I just recently bought a truck from Duval ford and had to bring it back for some service and a couple things that they needed to take care of the spr I just recently bought a truck from Duval ford and had to bring it back for some service and a couple things that they needed to take care of the spray in bedliner. My experience from start to finish has been outstanding. The salesman wasn’t pushy like I found it other car dealerships he asked you what options I wanted and showed me only that. When I came in to the service department McKenzie and my salesman Alden met me gave me a brand new loaner truck because I use my truck for work and couldn’t use an SUV. I’ve never been to a car dealership or dealt with the service department that cared so much about their customers and making their customers happy. Keep up the great work and if I know anyone looking for a vehicle I’ll definitely send them to Duval Ford More

Upon my arrival to the dealership, he reviewed what had been done by the other dealer. He called me right after the initial evaluation by their tech, and kept me updated along the way.
