He is an excellent example of someone who goes above and beyond to take care of his customers. He looked for everything we were asking for in a car, we know he always has our best interest in mind, he works hard to find us the best deal he can possibly give us, he's honest, professional, and respectful, and he always gives us 110% to go the extra mile to provide an exceptional level of customer service experience. He has always delivered and has never let us down throughout the years. The Ford to customer relationship we have with him has been longstanding and continuous over the years because he always displayed what it is to take care of his customers. The car we just bought was for my 16 year old daughter, and she is beyond happy with her new 2018 Ford Fusion. Along with Mike, we also worked with John Horton, who displayed great customer service as well. He worked with the times we were available - even later in the evening, every car my daughter wanted to see, he found it and showed it to us, he was detailed in explaining each of the cars accessories and extras, he responded quickly to all of our calls, and was patient with all of our questions and requests - no matter how small or large the request was - he always delivered and was very friendly. He even asked us to come back the following day so they could teach my daughter how to use every single enhancement that came with the technology package. Every person at Duval Ford always checked on us from the minute we walked in the door to make sure we were being assisted and if we needed anything, they were all available and friendly.
