Found and fixed problem other service center couldn't I was told by a service center my car needed a new catalytic converter. When they went in to fix that, they said mine was fine but I had internal engi I was told by a service center my car needed a new catalytic converter. When they went in to fix that, they said mine was fine but I had internal engine damage and needed a new engine. My car is from 2012, but it already needed a new engine in 2017, so I knew that couldn't be it. I brought my car to the Ford dealership, and they told me I needed a cap replacement and a new timing belt. My car has been working beautifully since I got it back. Definitely going back there for future services. More
Best Customer Service Experience at a Dealership for repairs I was put through the ringer at another dealership that costed time and money and secere frustration. I travel almost 2 hours to make sure that all of.my service needs for my Ford, will be taken care of at Duval Ford. All Staff was severly polite, welcoming, courteous, and patient. Service Writiers were absolutely amazing. For the amount of work the needed to be done and without me on their schedule, the Service Team went above and beyond in customer satisfactiin by completing the service to my vehicle within 1 day.
