1st oil change Dropped by in the middle of the day for Oil change. Oil change & wash was done in about 35 minutes. Saved the day!!!! Had our car towed to Duval Ford when brakes locked up. We were towing same behind our 42 foot American Eagle motor coach. Chris Carter took care of us and even gave the address of a lovely RV park nearby. Because our 2018 Ford Expedition was under warranty, it cost us nothing out of pocket. Car is now good as new and we have discovered a new place to stay. Highly recommend Duval Ford and Flamingo Lake RV Resort.... More

I received a loaner as there was a few recalls they had to repair on my truck it was a new vehicle very clean and nicely appointed fun to drive. Don’t remember the girls name who helped with the loaner but she also was very pleasant to deal with and made the process very quick and easy. Your dealership on cassette is very nice modern but comfortable it was a nice experience all the way around. Thanks More

Easy to work with I wanted to add a trailer hitch to my explorer. Tony ordered the part while I was headed out of town. When I got back I emailed him and we scheduled I wanted to add a trailer hitch to my explorer. Tony ordered the part while I was headed out of town. When I got back I emailed him and we scheduled an appointment which best met my needs. It was for 8:30 am and he took the keys at that time and had me out the door by 10:30. From what I can see, the work looks great. More

Chris was great with getting everything we needed . We had to bring our new truck in for a check engine light . Was told it was an evap leak that was fixed and the right passenger door would not ope We had to bring our new truck in for a check engine light . Was told it was an evap leak that was fixed and the right passenger door would not open. Dealer we bought it from literally 20 minutes after we left the check engine light came back on. Long story short we brought to the ford Dealership on Cassatt and we LOVE the service we have a fusion we take here for regular services. SO of course Chris was able to get everything taken care of and back to me by Friday for my Husband to get home and have his new truck back . Well a few days later the same thing check engine light again. Called Chris and he said oh man get it to be as soon as you can and I will get them to figure out what is going on ASAP. and of course it was figured out had a charcoal leak and everything was done and fixed and had been driving like a champ ever since. Thank you Chris for your help with everything ! We truly appreciate it . More

I believe Mike should have explained more in detail the battery issue and not just I need new one. Im very particular with this Mustang inside and out.
