I brought my car in for routine maintenance and waited for it to be completed as the wait time was not too long. Upon returning at the estimated time he shared about the reason for the delay and had someone working on it. While waiting Lauren Vining worked with me on preparing for an upcoming rental car. She did a great job preparing the paperwork and details for me. While she was working, I had the opportunity to talk with Michael Taylor who was very courteous and engaging. My experience from start to finish has been outstanding. The salesman wasn’t pushy like I found it other car dealerships he asked you what options I wanted and showed me only that. When I came in to the service department McKenzie and my salesman Alden met me gave me a brand new loaner truck because I use my truck for work and couldn’t use an SUV. I’ve never been to a car dealership or dealt with the service department that cared so much about their customers and making their customers happy.
