Excellent Service Experience Reluctantly made an appointment at Duval Ford for oil change and tire rotation. I say reluctantly, because my last oil change and tire rotation there Reluctantly made an appointment at Duval Ford for oil change and tire rotation. I say reluctantly, because my last oil change and tire rotation there took two hours. I can happily report, though, that this experience was much better. Upon arrival, I was met by Dave Manning. I explained my unhappiness with my previous oil change, and Dave assured me that, even though they were busy, he'd have my vehicle's service complete in 30-45 mins...and true to his word, it was! Following this latest experience, I would (once again) recommend Duval Ford for your auto service needs. More
