Very nice service department After my wife informed me that a screw was in her tire, I called the Audi dealership in Jacksonville and they were not very helpful because it was aro After my wife informed me that a screw was in her tire, I called the Audi dealership in Jacksonville and they were not very helpful because it was around five in the evening and they stated they wouldn't have time for us. She was close to Cassat and she called Duval Ford which is open until seven and they were happy to help. An overall exceptional experience with the service department. Very clean area, and respectful staff. If we have any other issues of that sort we would be happy to deal with Duval Ford any time. More
