From the first day coming into Dyer with my father-in-law, we were greeted with smiles and a more than willing to "search" for what we needed attitude from our salesman - Rick West. I had already been to Linus/Buick because that is where my previous purchase was from and they had always treated me very kindly; however, knowing the GMC model and the Chevy model were very much alike I thought I might venture to see what the competition had to offer. My children returned with me on the 2nd visit after discussing options with my husband and Mr. West's generousity was over and above. They had snacks, candy, drinks - as well as always making sure I had what ever I might need too. The 3 days that followed I was contacted by Mr. West with a counter offer, and then again another counter offer that was a very good deal. Upon coming in to make a "deal" - Mr. West had numbers ready, John in finance had everything ready to explain - we just had to decide which truck we could afford. The following day we showed up and the truck we were purchasing was washed, gased up and ready to go! We worked with Joe and he went through each signed paper quickly, explained our questions.....and out we went! Easy, painless, and a wonderful experience and deal! He was very detail oriented and from the beginning to the end of the sale he was present. He spent an extra 45 minutes to an hour following the purchase, explaining some of the features of my new 2013 Equinox 2LT. For example, when my Sirius movie locator application did not work, he called them and walked me through the process until it worked. He also helped me activate my On-Star account. At the end of the sale Rick gave me his personal cell phone number and assured me that I can call him at anytime regarding any questions I may have about my new truck. I would recommend this dealership to anyone I know looking to purchase a vehicle.
