I recently purchased a 2010 certified pre-owned Chevy Impala from Dyer Chevrolet. This was only after I had purchased and returned another certified pre-owned 2011 Chevy Impala from another dealer in Pom Impala from Dyer Chevrolet. This was only after I had purchased and returned another certified pre-owned 2011 Chevy Impala from another dealer in Pompano Beach, Fla., that was horrific. At Dyer I worked with sales consultant, Rick West, who did an outstanding job working with me and making sure the purchase details and delivery of the vehicle was to my expectation. You would think I just bought the most expensive vehicle Chevy makes based on how Rick delivered my car. During the delivery process it was noted there were marks on the rear bumper and it was decided they would be taken care of later when my scheduled permitted. Unfortunately the service/repair did not go as they planned and it was not acceptable by me and it was questionable if the dealership would do the right thing and really fix it. I will tell you, Rick West took the situation in hand and Dyer Chevrolet not only did the right thing but exceeded my expectations. I have bought many cars and will tell anyone, based on this experience, this dealership will do what it takes to make a delighted customer. I am not easy to please and Rick West did a slam dunk job not only selling the vehicle but driving total satisfaction for a now forever customer.
