I have to commend Larry for his knowledge, friendliness and courteous manner. He listened to my concerns and set my mind at ease with his answers. My husband and I went to Dyer Chevrolet in Vero Beach to trade in our Equinox, we dealt with Mike Brown. He was very professional yet friendly. This is the 2nd vehicle that my husband & I purchased in a 6 month period from Larry, @ Dyer Chevrolet. He is by far the most outstanding salesman we have ever dealt with. Larry truly helps his customers to find or achieve exactly what they are looking for. He is extremely friendly, and more importantly he listens to what you tell him your goals are. I will recommend Larry to everyone & anyone shopping for a Chevy, Mazda or Subaru @ Dyer. I also have to commend how friendly the entire staff of Dyer is. They truly treat each customer as if we were family. Mr Sanchez was also very kind to us when finalizing all of our paperwork to make the sale final. He was straightforward and honest. He addressed one of our concerns re: our monthly payment installments, in which he helped to our advantage. From the first day coming into Dyer with my father-in-law, we were greeted with smiles and a more than willing to "search" for what we needed attitude from our salesman - Rick West. I had alrea father-in-law, we were greeted with smiles and a more than willing to "search" for what we needed attitude from our salesman - Rick West. I had already been to Linus/Buick because that is where my previous purchase was from and they had always treated me very kindly; however, knowing the GMC model and the Chevy model were very much alike I thought I might venture to see what the competition had to offer. My children returned with me on the 2nd visit after discussing options with my husband and Mr. West's generousity was over and above. They had snacks, candy, drinks - as well as always making sure I had what ever I might need too. The 3 days that followed I was contacted by Mr. West with a counter offer, and then again another counter offer that was a very good deal. Upon coming in to make a "deal" - Mr. West had numbers ready, John in finance had everything ready to explain - we just had to decide which truck we could afford. The following day we showed up and the truck we were purchasing was washed, gased up and ready to go! We worked with Joe and he went through each signed paper quickly, explained our questions.....and out we went! Easy, painless, and a wonderful experience and deal! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Rick in the friendliest manner. He was attentive, patient and very forthcoming. Rick was not pushy nor over zealous. He seemed as if he really cared about what I wanted and he made every effort to ensure that I got what I wanted. He was very detail oriented and from the beginning to the end of the sale he was present. He spent an extra 45 minutes to an hour following the purchase, explaining some of the features of my new 2013 Equinox 2LT. For example, when my Sirius movie locator application did not work, he called them and walked me through the process until it worked. He also helped me activate my On-Star account. At the end of the sale Rick gave me his personal cell phone number and assured me that I can call him at anytime regarding any questions I may have about my new truck. I would recommend this dealership to anyone I know looking to purchase a vehicle. The entire team was friendly and customer service oriented. it was definitely all about the customer at this dealership. Rick West did an excellent job and was instrumental with me making this major purchase. More

In fact Carl is pretty much the #1 reason I wanted to continue to do business with Dyer Chevrolet and purchase my new Chevy vehicle with this dealership. I receive great service from Carl and his department. He is always very helpful and I can always depend on being treated fairly and with honesty. I traded in my much loved 2001 Monte Carlo with over 267,000 miles for a 2013 Chevy Malibu LT. My Monte Carlo was an awesome car which made my decision to purchase another Chevy easy. Plus I love OnStar for safety and peace of mind. Larry Eagan was my salesman. Larry was very low-key/no pressure and extremely helpful. Larry was very patient and took his time explaining the cool new features of my new 2013 Malibu. It was a very pleasant buying experience. I highly recommend Larry as a knowledgeable sales representative. He made sure I drove away in my new vehicle feeling very comfortable.
