Buying Experience Favorable Sales advisor knew the XC90 extremely well. He was true to his commitment to beat my current offer from a competing Volvo dealer. Brought in for maintenance and repair, bad experience 2019 Volvo S90 T8, less than a year old, message came up for first scheduled service, I also had other faults to list so I brought it in. The car had 2019 Volvo S90 T8, less than a year old, message came up for first scheduled service, I also had other faults to list so I brought it in. The car had issues getting the software updated so one day turned into 6. The new software would supposedly cure the computer problems with the engine, it did not if anything it's worse. The new software would supposedly cure the problems with the Sensus entertainment system, it did not. They told me the tire vibrations were due to one nail, one bad tire, and two bent rims, which they will not cover, even though I have brought up the tire vibration since the car was new. Not to mention when i picked the car up after service, my sales man reminded me that I did indeed have the tire and rim protection package, but service never bothered to look. It's supposed to be going back to be covered, but the service shop has failed to call me back twice so far. They of course scratched the rims around the lugnuts because they weren't careful. I was waiting for the return calls before filling out this review, but since they won't call me back I'm filling this out. Just goes to show in Atlanta, paying more for a car doesn't get you any better dealership experience, they all suck. More
