Worst customer experience ever in my 63 years of life. As a cancer patient, and owner of a 2014 Kia Sedona with a ticking, knocking sound at 4000 miles of purchase. Took vehicle to this location to be repaired, ended up getting ripped off $57.17 for an unwanted oil and filter change, which should have been covered by the maintenance program and warranty. Complained and asked for a manager, never got one till I advised I would contact KIA corp bbb and/or get an attorney. At that point Nick Schirmer, so called sales manager, yelled at me and my family and kicked us out of the location, robbing me of our money. Great job Nick, 2 thumbs down to you. More

We truly did not believe we would be purchasing a vehicle from Huston Motors, but we were wrong. After starting off with some confusion regarding rebates, David contacted us to apologize for the misundersta from Huston Motors, but we were wrong. After starting off with some confusion regarding rebates, David contacted us to apologize for the misunderstanding and proceeded to assist us with exactly what we wanted. David told us what we would be getting, the price for which we would be getting the vehicle, and when we would be able to pick up the car. We then worked with Tom Mullen to finish the paper work and inspect the car and learn about its many accessories. Tom was very knowledgeable and made us feel as if we could contact any time we needed. Both gentlemen were courteous and bent over backwards to accomodate us during the car buying process. We were introduced to Tony in the Service Dept. who made it quite clear that he was there to ensure our vehicle was always in peak condition. Finally, when we were in the Finance Office, there was no pressure to purchase any addtional services--they were presented but not pushed. Our 2013 Sorento is wonderful, and I would not hesitate to use this dealership again. More

They had recently bought and leased two new cars from Huston and had been very happy with the experience. I dealt with Skye over the phone, she helped me decide which car would be best for me, and then she searched for and found one at another dealership for me. I told her what I could spend and she worked with me. Skye was courteous, prompt and incredibly helpful. I went over to the dealership,purchased the car and drove it home. I will definitely recommend this dealership and I plan to purchase all my cars from them in the future! As do the rest of my family members. And I LOVE my Optima! More
We were in the market to replace our 2005 Kia Amanti and visited three Kia dealerships within 65 miles of our home, Huston Motors being the furtherest away. Through the course of our online communications, onsight visits, discussions and negotiations we felt exceptionally comfortable with Sky Beherans at Huston Motors and her managers. Never was there a feeling of being rushed or manipulated to make a quick decision. Although price for our 2012 Sorento was important so was the trade-in value allowed for our Amanti and most important, conversations with customers waiting for their vehicles to be serviced. We are extremely pleased with Sky's professionalism and knowledge about the vehicle. By far this was out best new car buying experience and we look forward to a long relationship with Sky and Huston Motors. Paul C. Clermont, FL More

Disclaimer: I worked exclusively with one sales person mostly via email and phone. I have good credit, did not have a trade-in, and was not haggling for the lowest price in the state. I did my pricing research and was able to generate sales POC's on www.truecar.com. After being contacted the by a number of dealerships, I made a fair offer on a specific set of specs via email for a 2011 at the end of the model year. With in three emails the Huston Motors Kia met my price. I feel like as an internet buyer, it is often hard to be taken seriously. I was ready to buy and Huston Motors Kia respected that from the start. I walked in two days later to sign some paperwork and pick up a loaner vehicle till my vehicle could be transported from another dealership. When I came back to pick up the vehicle both the sales person and the business manager were friendly and not pushy. I did not feel intimidated. The whole transaction was fast and painless. There were no surprises with either the vehicle price, the financing, or the loaner vehicle. I would recommend this dealership to others and intend to offer their Service Dept first call on any warranty maintenance or accidental damage repair, based solely on the Sales Dept's performance. The dealership completely low-balled me on my trade. I did my research and knew the low/average/high trade-in values. The dealership offered me way below the low trade value, and the vehicle I was tradin did my research and knew the low/average/high trade-in values. The dealership offered me way below the low trade value, and the vehicle I was trading was clean with low miles, in excellent condition. They wouldn't even consider the low trade-in value. All of this while staying with their sticker price on their own car. Don't talk with this dealership, their prices are outrageous. More
