Relaxed and friendly. I was at Dyer Subaru with my girlfriend who was having her 2011 Outback serviced. Sherri Lane is the Best! When I started to think I might be ready for a new car, all I wanted to do was to see the cars in the lot without a sales person. I went to Dyer Subar When I started to think I might be ready for a new car, all I wanted to do was to see the cars in the lot without a sales person. I went to Dyer Subaru, met Sherri Lane, and explained what I wanted to do. Sherri said to take my time and gave me a brochure. I came back a second time and Sherri responded in the same way. When I came back the third time with my wife, Sherri asked if she could join us on the lot, which was fine with us, and she impressed us with her knowledge of the various models and her friendly, low-key manner. We test drove two versions of the Forester and one was clearly the favorite. They didn't have it in my preferred color, but found it at another dealership. Sherri explained the financing options and we decided to go with the 3 year lease. The car was brought to Dyer, we did a test drive and Sherri went over the operations of the car. We signed the financing documents with Kevin Dolan, who was also very knowledgeable and professional. Sherri is patient and informative. We couldn't ask for a better new car experience and highly recommend Sherri! More

The Dealer to use I unfortunately bought my first Subaru from a dealer other than Dyer. After no end of problems, I found Dyer which serviced my car for about a year. Then in an email, Subaru offered me a trade in price with an opportunity to purchase a new car and the offer was quiet attractive. I reviewed the Dyer inventory on line and selected a car. And contacted them by email. The car was ready for me when I got to the dealership. We tested the new car, Dyer confirmed the trade in offer on my old Subaru and we drove off with a new car after a completely stress free buying experience. Dyer will always be my Subaru dealer of choice and their service shop is great as well. More

I went into the Subaru office and I was treated by a gentleman who introduced me to Sherri. I explained to Sherri how disappointed I was in my original purchase and it was up to her to help me gain that trust back enough to purchase a new vehicle from Dyer. Sherri did not disappoint! Sherri was professional, informative, and helped me to find the right car at the right price! I met with the Manager who too was informative about my trade in and educated me on its value. I met with the Finance Manager who showed me options in financing, warranties and all with "NO PRESSURE" . I'm DELIGHTED that I went back and gave Dyer another chance!
