I spoke with Nancy on the phone to secure the car with a down payment, and she was very helpful. Chad has the patience of a saint. Seriously! After seeing how busy he is, I can't believe he was able to provide customer service he did. He was cool, calm, patient and responsive through it all my inquiries. I was probably an utter nuisance because my bank's slow response time was driving me insane, and I felt the need to keep him up-to-date. In the end, I canceled the loan process with my bank, and let him handle the financing. I showed up at 10 a.m., filled out the credit app, and they had me closed before 11 a.m. While I waited on the appointment ahead of me, I was made to feel welcome by the sales staff. Everyone was very pleasant. Chuck closed the financials, and was very kind and efficient. I drove the beautifully detailed car back home 580 miles, and my wife was just thrilled with it. This was a pleasant experience from start to finish with this Dyers crew, and I can tell you, I would absolutely do it again for my next purchase even though I'm so far away. Their fees are reasonable, prices are great, financing rates are competitive, and their staff and management made it personal. I've never felt so at-ease with a purchase from a dealership. Go see them! More

She was refreshingly pleasant, knowledgeable and low-key! The whole process, from test-drive to comprehensive, hands-on review of features, was excellent.
