I have had a mixed experience with this company since purchasing my vehicle and extended warranty from this company. The salesperson was very helpful and so was the finance manager,but just a few weeks a purchasing my vehicle and extended warranty from this company. The salesperson was very helpful and so was the finance manager,but just a few weeks after my purchase I had a very strange situation with my vehicle and when I reached out to the company about the situation they set up a service appointment with no date and time details. Then when I called them directly I was given a new service appointment which was weeks away from the first date and then when I arrived at the dealership the service department team and manager were rude and made the fact I was there seem like a waste of their time and I was told that until the issue was constant and the service light was solid that the warranty was not going to cover anything. I explained the issue several times to the advisor several times before the appointment and they never gave a clear explanation or understanding of the warranty or service contract(s). I have also conveyed the information several times and provided several photos and information directly from the Chevy app showing the issue yet nothing has been resolved or done yet. Then to make it worse I have responded to the “owner” at the number provided and yet no response and the dealership has all my contact details including my number and email. More
