Quick, easy, and a great value! We were looking for a used car and were getting frustrated with the run around and feeling like we weren't getting the whole truth from private partie We were looking for a used car and were getting frustrated with the run around and feeling like we weren't getting the whole truth from private parties. I've always been leary of buying used cars at a dealership, but we decided to give Elco a try. Brian was great finding the right car for our budget and needs. We didn't have to haggle or worry that we weren't getting a good deal. He was upfront with every part of the transaction and we didn't feel pressured to add on anything we weren't interested in. I will definitely be back when it's time for another upgrade! More

Personable and Proffessional My husband and I had been looking for several weeks for a vehicle we could tow behind our RV. We found a 2008 Saturn Vue at Elco Chevrolet and went in and met with Chris. Anytime you buy a 9 year old car it is a gamble. Chris was able to tell us the history of the car and where it was serviced in the past. I like that ELCO collects this kind of information on the trade-ins they take in. We couldn't decide whether we wanted to trade in our 2007 Ford Fusion SEL, but Chris made us a fair offer so we did. We are very happy with the whole transaction and how we were treated by Chris and the nice people at Elco Chevrolet. More

Horrible Service and not organized I purchased a vehicle from them and they did not even inspect it before selling it. It needed an oil change and they did not did it before it was purc I purchased a vehicle from them and they did not even inspect it before selling it. It needed an oil change and they did not did it before it was purchased. Then I took it in to a different dealership for the oil change and it was leaking coolant. The guy argued with me at this dealership until finally realizing he was wrong and the vehicle was never inspected. I drove an hour back for them to fix the problem that shouldn't have ever been a problem if they would have checked it. I was also told I would be reimbursed for the oil change on the vehicle I purchased and I never received the money for it. Poor customer service and I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. More
