Bait and Switch Center Nikki Pagoria is the WORST sales person I have ever encountered - I knew specifically what 2 vehicles I wanted to look at using sales ads available on Nikki Pagoria is the WORST sales person I have ever encountered - I knew specifically what 2 vehicles I wanted to look at using sales ads available online. A new Tahoe for under $42K and the Impalas. After being shown all the Tahoes that start at $57K+ the question remained, "Where is the Tahoe that is online for sale?" At first it was "some where on the lot", then "it's probably getting detailed". Then finally it turned to "Oh, it just sold." After hours of our time being wasted and stating there was some bait and switch tactics occurring, then suddenly there was a Tahoe for $42K. The good times did not stop there...after, supposedly, speaking to the "Finance Guy" we were told we are being given a deal and Nikki comes back with a figure HIGHER than the price online. After some hysterical laughter on the part of myself and my husband, Nikki lets my husband know that he is all over the place with pricing, despite the fact he WROTE DOWN ON A PIECE OF PAPER the listed price online and said, "That's what we want, the price online." Then Nikki asked, "Where did you get that price?" My husband to pull up, on his tablet, the ELCO website and show her the Tahoes on sale. In addition, Nikki also added that something is wrong with our math if we can't see the great deal before us. This "great deal" was thousands higher than the online price, which was the price my husband wrote down. What was even more hilarious and an insult to our intelligence is that the discounts that were offered online, Nikki actually sat there and ADDED them to the price. I really thought I was on candid camera and if I remained calm that I would win a new car...that did not happen. After laying out all the things during our visit that completely pissed us off during our visit to ELCO, Nikki seemed agitated at us and expected some sympathy by stating she has only been a sales person for 2 months. Really? What's even more frustrating is that I specifically wanted a woman sales person to deal with being a female. Nikki seems likable, but needs more training and advice on customer service: 1. Don't try to turn me against my husband. We're a team. We had a test drive without my husband and I got hear about "This is your decision" and "Your husband is just all over the place." I just opted to ignore Nikki versus cursing her out for those comments. I did not fell the need to justify my stance on feminism or prove I'm not a victim of domestic abuse...I just need you to show me what I want - especially if I'm specific on what I want. And my husband got to the dealership before me and even told her how I am...show me what I want! 2. If we ask about estimated finance rates, please DO NOT make up stuff because you don't know the answer. We were told, "Well until you sign on your car or truck you won't know the rate." No...you have a little piece of paper somewhere in your desk that provides the estimated finance rate if your credit is good. We know that it's estimated. 3. I wanted to look at the Tahoe on sale and Impalas...please do not question me on my car choices. I was asked, "So, can you explain to me the difference in the vehicles you want? I mean, there's a big difference between a Tahoe and an Impala." First...I'm at YOUR dealership getting ready to spend MY money on a vehicle. I currently drive a Tahoe and I just like Impalas. Don't question what I want to look at. I have more goodies...but my fingers are starting to hurt, but you get the point. When it became evident to us that we were working with an inexperienced person who had an uncanny ability to irritate the both of us greatly (my husband has the patience of Job in the Bible, me - zero patience) my husband requested to speak with the Manager or somebody...anybody! Nikki swears she asked the Manager to come and talk to us, but that person never came to our rescue. So after wasting much time and feeling no one cared about us, let alone Nikki...we walked. Of course the next day my husband received calls and texts about a miracle that happened: a Tahoe was found at the price listed online with the discounts applied!!! No thanks. I don't care if that Tahoe was for $1999.99 I would not give ELCO, or their representative, one dime of my money. I did get my Impala...but not there! , More
