Great car buying experience I was recently looking for a new SUV and stopped at Elco to look. Andrew immediately came to see how he could help me. After hearing what I was look I was recently looking for a new SUV and stopped at Elco to look. Andrew immediately came to see how he could help me. After hearing what I was looking for, he showed me several Chevrolets and then told me about some some Cadillac SRXs that they were clearing out. While I never thought a Cadillac was what I wanted, once I drove one and then heard the pricing that I could get for one that was still under warranty but had just a few thousand miles on it, I was immediately sold. Andrew made the process so easy. I signed all the papers and he asked if he could deliver it to me the next day because he wanted to make sure it was in tiptop shape for me. Purchased my first Cadillac I met Joe Archambault when he came into my place of business. I noticed that he was wearing a Cadillac jacket and I told him that my next car would b I met Joe Archambault when he came into my place of business. I noticed that he was wearing a Cadillac jacket and I told him that my next car would be Cadillac. When the opportunity presented itself I went to meet Joe at ELCO Cadillac and he remembered me. He laid out the red carpet and helped me pick out my first Cadillac. The best part of the experience is that Joe and I remain friends and he's still making sure that I receive the red carpet treatment even when I drop my car off for service.
