Jim was eager to help from the begining - grabbed us before we got to the door of the Dealership. He was not pushy and was a good listener. (A pushier salesperson could probably have talked me into the MiniCoop that I saw on the lot, but Chris didn't try. I have purchased seven cars from Elco (Don Essen), four new and three used. My experience with the new cars have been excellent. I have dealt with Mark Gerecke to purchase a 2000 Camaro Z28 in 1999 and again in February 2011 to purchase a Chevy Equinox. Both times Mark was very professional and honest to deal with. Mark has always returned my calls in a prompt manner and gives me the time I need to answer questions now after the purchase as he was before the purchase. I have had Corvettes, which were serviced at Elco and they have always taken good care of me and my car. My Camaro had body work done and it was perfect and without any problems of any kind.
