I enjoyed my experience with Elco Chevrolet Cadillac and specifically with Joe Archambault. I was never pressured and Joe was always willing to help. I attended the car show and given an offer by a competing dealership. I was familiar with Brian from the sales of a vehicle to a friend, so opted to go to see him first. I shared with Brian the offer that was made and though a bit "over the top", Brian and Court worked with me to ensure I was able to make a good deal over the sale of the vehicle. If not, I would have gone back to the competing dealership. Brian and Court are very comfortable to work with and honest. No pretense or pressure. They want to treat you as they would want to be treated. That says alot. Let's just say I left in a beautiful new vehicle that day........and extremely pleased. More

He was not pushy at all & so friendly & resourceful. He also had the best prices and selection for used vehicles I thought. He won my business before I made the visit to ELCO b/c he was sp transparent & resourceful! Once there...I understood. Great shop! Great people! So different! Also, had another great experience with James Crowe in the business office. Again...got me the best rate & listened to what I needed. I am going back to ELCO in 2 years to get my daughter her first car too! My Dad came with me to be my 'wingman' for when the pen hits the paper...and he too was so impressed by the way they conduct their business! More

I was looking for a car that would keep my payment under $150. Roger Hefernan found me a car that was less than $150 and still very nice. He was very friendly and so were all of his co-workers. Most other dealers only "trash-talked" their competition rather than trying to explain to me what made their company great and pressured me to buy on the spot rather than listening to my needs. ELCO was just the opposite. None of the employees that I met with ever spoke poorly of their competition, and never pressured me to buy. They demonstrated a genuine interest in me as a client, taking the time to understand my situation and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. Joe Archambault was a wonderful sales representative, even coming to my house after he signed out at work to put on temporary tags and explain OnStar features to me as I was moving the next day. I would happily recommend ELCO to anyone interested in a stress-free, friendly, and exceptional car dealership. More
