Everyone was friendly at ELCO and professional, but when I got the vehicle home, I found a interior part had been damaged and someone had tried to repair the unit, failed and then hid the loose parts under I got the vehicle home, I found a interior part had been damaged and someone had tried to repair the unit, failed and then hid the loose parts under a mat. I contacted ELCO and was told to contact my local dealer, after a second email I was told ELCO would try to find the part and never heard another word since. It took about 6-8 weeks to get this repaired at my local dealership. More

I went to Elco to test drive a new Cadillac SRX. I was considering 2 other models of SUVs to purchase. My daughter and I just started walking towards the new cars when Mitchell approached us and asked if considering 2 other models of SUVs to purchase. He was very friendly and asked questions to find out what type of car we were looking for. He was very knowledgeable about the Cadillac SRX and answered the questions I had. He was not a pushy salesman but informed us about the positive features of the car. He explained things about the car before we test drove it and then asked us if we had questions after the test drive and answered the ones I had. I was not looking forward to the negotiation process on the purchase price but Mitchell made it less stressful by explaining things to us and being patient. More

Car shopping is usually a pretty stressfull experience. This wasn't. The finance department was very helpfull also, got me a better rate than my credit union, and with an extended warranty my payment was cheaper than my credit union was offering. The deal was a win-win for the dealership, and me, the customer. I will be back to that dealership to buy another vehicle in about 5-6 months. More

I cane into this dealership looking for a new silverado regular cab. Elco seemed to have the best inventory around. I wasn't even on the lot for 2 minutes before being greeted by mitchell.
